Dear Students,
I am pleased that you are thinking about joining Aklia College of education for Women for your next step. It is my great pleasure and honor to warmly welcome you to college, an institution of academic excellence and achievement, was established in 2005. It is amongst one of the finest and largest College of Teacher Education for Women in this region.

The institution strives to educate students so that they are ready to reach their highest potential. Our mission is to educate individuals to become the leaders of the profession. It is acquisition of knowledge and skills, building character and improving employability of our young talent, the future leadership. We offer a broad range of opportunities for all our students to achieve excellence in academic, creative, social, cultural, sporting and community endeavors. In my view, acquiring information is no longer the main focus of education; instead the main aim of education is to build the powers of human mind and spirit. We believe in providing our students an environment, rich in knowledge and supportive for their extra-curricular interests. We aim to evaluate our students on the basis of their physical, mental, social, emotional and intellectual development. We are continually very proud of our values, our traditions, our cultures, our outstanding facilities and the high standards achieved by our students.

In today’s dynamic world, a 360 degree development and grooming is of supreme importance and we are creating an environment through our campus for students. All students are taught the skills and values necessary for success in education, life and work. The Institution is working towards reducing the gap between home and College so that parents and teachers are in the best possible position to support a learner’s learning. We strongly believe that under our guidance the students will have a niche in their personality. I feel proud to acknowledge the contribution of highly qualified, dynamic and multi-talented faculty, non teaching staff and my students for this. Our College is strengthened by a very supportive parent and wider community and we encourage you to become actively involved in all aspects of education.

There are challenges ahead us; however, we will surely make a significant difference with cooperation of all. We encourage parent’s active participation, feedback, so that together we can create a wonder human being. We are very grateful to our parents for their sincere involvement in the college. Without their co-operation between the college and home we cannot offer the holistic education towards which we are striving; ’Sarva Gunn Sampann’.
